bone problem again

im trying to mess with animation, so i found this model. ive tried tens of times to rig bones on models, but i just dont understand whats happening. i have no idea how to fix this.

anyone care to help?


it looks like the bone envelops aren’t getting all the vertices
so the toe is getting left behind

if you are using envelopes - make the foot envelope larger
if you are using vertex groups - add the missing verts to the foot group

(also check that the toes aren’t part of vertex group that they shouldn’t be - like the knee or something)
