I subscribed to this texture site, very reasonably priced, because there were some particular ones they had that I wanted, and so I grabbed a few more than that, obviously, but one of them wasn’t downloading, so I emailed the guy, and he not only fixed the broken link to the texture, but gave me an additional 9 months membership at an upgraded level.
