They finally caught the second suspect, and from here a thorough investigation needs to ensue. I am looking forward to seeing justice take its course.

A lot of this I suspectvto be linked back to Muslim radicalism. Chechnya especially is high in The Islamic belief. I personally think there is a tie there.
