It looks very good, except I’m not altogether sure what that meat like stuff between the cheese and grapes, apparently hovering at the back is?
This is a traditional french sausage. Dry one.
Called saucisson. That we eat with cheeses. And often with wine. The rendering is eatable .I confirm.
