Is there a bridge tool in blender or something equivalent to one?
In the F-key menu is an entry for the script that does bridge, it’s called ‘skin faces/loop’ or something similar, you may have to set it to solid and flip the normals afterward.
It would be nice if someone could just quick convert it to C and make it an operator in 2.5, then we won’t need the script anymore.

you can skin 2 facing faces.
and you can skin edges with same amount of points !!!
