Based on the Yu-gi-oh character Elemental Hero Bubbleman:
Cape is a cloth simulation, coral reefs and sponges are from Sketchfab. Waves/bubbles are added with sony vegas.
(1080p version turned out 1.4GB)
Floor looks kinda bad imo but the main focus is the character.
