tried creating realistic burger in Blender 4.0 Beta
Something is really off, but still sharing though
But, Blenders procedural shading is still lots of fun !
i think the lack of a solid base or floor or the background choice and its too clean add microdust or bubbles on the glass some glossy ness on the chips for oil and make the bottom part of the lower bun a bit more golden brown
Hey ! thanks for the tips, will use them when I return to this project <3
Everything except the soda looks, for lack of a better word, really dense, like itβs a painted rock sculpture, rather than food. The textures themselves look good, although Iβm used to burgers having a bit more color variation to them, so Iβd think it needs something like Subsurface Scattering. Sliced onions in particular, I think, should let light through them.
The salt and pepper on the fries is a nice touch, and I really like the bubbles in the soda.
The wood texture is a lot, and it distracts a bit from the image. Maybe turning down the bump map a little would help?
Yep, kinda βoverdidβ lots of things I guess. thanks for mentioning, new scene and tweaking with textures will be better
I featured you on BlenderNation, have a great weekend!
