I made this butterfly a long time ago. I changed up a few things so that I could put it in my portfolio.
Let me know what you think both good and bad.
Composition of the still is nice & I like the steep saturation, but the subject seems a bit in conflict with the stylization used. The hard edges to the colorization suggest a more cartoon-like approach, while the modeling & detailing are more naturalistic and kind of beg for more developed materials & surfaces.
