Can’t really describe it any better, for some reason on one session I can’t set a camera as the active camera, it will be set as active so long as I don’t move the playhead, but when I do the view snaps to 0, 0, 0, and the camera goes back to being inactive. This error just sort of came out of nowhere and copypasting the frames from the old to a new one doesn’t help either, I can only assume I hit a hotkey that I didn’t want to, but it also doesn’t look like the camera is locked either.
Does this occure when deleting everything else than the camera ?? Then a published blend file with only this may help to help you.
Deleting everything except the camera seemed to fix the issue, but that’s the only way, does that mean something was accidentally set as Active Camera, in a way that can’t be overridden? Because that seems silly.
Either way, here’s the blend file, it’s still pretty messy because I had to do a Quaternion to Euler conversion but I don’t think that would have anything to do with this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-_2PnjXzunP9sebTyRnL1ZHfhlMO7zGB/view?usp=drive_link
So… you realy want someone to download a 400MB file to look at this ? So also someone must have a somehow decent machine to look at this ?
you’re the one who asked to look at the file, anyway, I figured out the camera issue is somehow tied to the main character’s rig. Judging by the replies I think it’s best that I just solve this on my own, ciao.
Hmm… :
