Is it possible using blender camera tracking engine to “mach camera” (mach perspective) to the still image (like in 3dsmax), providing only few sizes???

The BLAM addon is probably your best bet. Nice little tool, lots of fun to work with. Wish the Blender Tracker had this integrated somehow or could use this as a tool to determine focal length like Syntheyes does using a reference image.
