Camera tracking compositing and render layers in FG and BG

Hi Guys

The FB page not worth a beep for answers. It’s been a while since I posted here. Just curious as to anyone who has used the camera tracking setup to render out passes. I’m having trouble seperating the FG and BG layers when I bring them into Nuke.

I did my camera tracking and it setup a FG and BG layer. The BG should just be the shadow catcher layer and the FG the Character layer but the setup, whatever reason why is rendering out the character in the FG and BG layer.

If I turn off the character to just render out the BG layer, the shadowcatcher layer doesn’t render the shadows. I can cut out the character but becasue of the fur it is leaving a dark halo around him.

Any ideas?
