Hi, this is probably user error but I don’t know how to or what to change to correct the problem.
When I look through the camera (clicking in the camera icon) what I see is different from the what is rendered. The image shown in the camera view appears “closer” then what is rendered. Zooming the camera closer changes what is rendered but in the camera view I am zoomed way in. Hard to describe, see the attached pictures below.
It’s like, it’s a different aspect ratio between the camera view and the rendered image.
Is the top image in the actual camera view (pressing 0 to toggle into the camera’s view position)?
If so, you should be able to scroll out of the picture as in that camera view, it is basically a view like in a 2d picture that you can pan around and scale up or down.
So, try that first. If you scroll out, you should be able to see the borders of the camera’s view where it will render within only.
It might be as simple as this, I don’t know. Hopefully it works.
It works! Very confusing, I must have made a change to the zoom when the camera wasn’t locked to the viewport. With a little trial and error I was able to get it to properly frame the image! Thanks
