It’s not that easy really. The tutorial I made that I mentioned above about generating textures with AI… Only for this video I used: AI to generate background of the thumbnail, voice over, title, content of twitter post about it, rendering (denoising is AI based too!) fixing the grammar in script, etc… And even with all the help of AIs it took me more than 32h to make this tutorial 
I wouldn’t be able to do that tutorial without AI, so I’m dependent on it… and on other tools as well…
And I’m aware there is a big difference between taking 5 minutes with Midjourney to generate image and what I did… But how can one judge the effort? And is the effort really the key to distinguish good from bed art? It’s really complicated and we will have to come up with ways to handle that…
