Hello,
I noticed that I have to explicitly save (Alt+S) text blocks into external file after changes (Ctrl+S saves ONLY .blend itself, right?), and also I have to reload text block if external file was modified prior to .blend opening!
I would like to use versioning system for my Python scripts (multiple of them, for Game Engine) so I need to store them in external files rather inside .blend, but I’ve seen how I can easily forget Alt+S or ALt+R and potentially lose data.
So is there option I’ve missed, or some kind Addon or maybe different workflow I could use in my case?
Can Blender automatically sync external text files?
Thank you
