well when i render animation i usually just grab what i want to save out of the tmp folder in my c drive and put it into another folder, the remaining unwanted stuff is taking up around 500 mb. so im wondering if i can delete the rest of the stuff safely. also can i get rid of the baked fluid simulation stuff? thanks everyone for any help and thanks for all the past help on this great website.
if you are talking about image files, or the auto saved blend files, then no problem, and if there are other kinds of files in there, i don’t know what they are. also, go ahead and delete those fluid sim files, if you don’t plan on re-using them. you can always redo them anyway. if you are really unsure of deleting something, back it up to a cd before deleting it.
