Can I do something like RichDirt 3dmax plugin?

with Cycles?
I recall I did pretty same looking things with AO shader in mental ray , decades ago in Lightwave too. just by playing with inverting normals , stretching vectors and multiplying them by some noise.

Have anyone managed to recreate this with AO shader in Cycles?

There is a post made using the AO node in the material setting.
But I don’t know where it is.
Look up the search in the upper right corner

Thanks oo_1942

I actually tried but haven’t found anything related

Please refer to the link :slightly_smiling_face:

thank you very much. oo_1942

Actually, check this out:

Thanks Thomas. My browser shows me big “dangerous web page” notice for this one. So I am scared to go there :frowning: :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Not for Gumroad , only for this one

Euh, no should be good? Try copy-pasting the URL maybe, and make sure https:// is in front of the url.

Looks like it’s AV rather than web browser . I have a special micro board computer for such cases. Will try it for sure.

Go to the link below

Same result. Nevertheless thanks alot guys.

My AV says the page uses info stealing ads library. Whatever it may mean.

Use a different web browser or a smartphone

I don’t know why the connection was blocked.
It could have been registered as an access blocking site in the browser settings

Can’t I access https://gumroad.com

This link works just fine as well as the rest of gumroad. For some uncertain reason Norton finds what it calls info stealing advertisement code on the page of interest. I have no idea how reliable it may be. Or maybe something innocent at all.

It can be viewed as information theft because gumroad requires an email, but it’s hard to understand if you’re blocked from accessing a specific page. If you’re nervous, don’t connect.

Please refer to the link I uploaded for the first time and make your own materials :slightly_smiling_face:
