Can nodegroups be turned into an asset so that it can be used in any project?

So i copied the nodes for triplanar mapping from here : Box mapping for procedural brick texture in cycles

it works perfectly, but its a hassle to set it up from scratch all the time.

so i was wondering if i can turn it into a node group, and turn the node group into an asset to that i can save it in the asset browser with a directory? so that i ca import it into the needed project from the asset browser anytime i need it?

i couldnt find a way to turn the node group to an asset

Right-click on the group’s name field and Mark as Asset.
You can find that field in the Node Group Node, top of the Geometry Nodes editor, in GN modifier… Or in the Outliner > Blender File > Node Groups.
