Can not Multi- Fold meshes (Edges use by more than 2 Faces)

Hi guys,
Now I’ve another problem with the smd exporter for blender.
Everytime when I click the export button I get this message:
“Can not Multi- Fold meshes (Edges use by more than 2 Faces)”

Hope sb can help me
