Any changes i do, the output is always 15mb
If the file size is simply a problem, try the compression option.
Alternatively, it is helpful to remove loaded images that you do not need.

…you may also have some unused data in you file if you worked for a while… so you may have a look here:
you got very little verts here
so that 15 MB comes from somewhere
check if you have a lot of modifiers
