Can´t post in Blender Tests section

Hi, i´m trying to post some tests pictures on the Blender Tests category, but it just doesn´t seems to appear. My post is not showing up. Is it because i am still a “new” user with no posts yet? or why is it happening to me? some help please? I already try to post two times the same images without luck since yestarday.

Thanks for your response, so i need first to post 10 times before start a new thread?

After finishing those new user requirements for posting, am i able to post? do i have to remake and start a new thread again?
