Can You Remove Doubles From More Than One Object At A Time?

is it possible to Remove Doubles on the selected “objects” while in object mode?

Ive been searching Google about this and haven’t seen much on the topic.

If this is not supported in blender natively then might somebody be aware of a script that i could run to accomplish this?

You can add unwanted doubles in edit mode only, so removing these vertices is “limited” to the edit mode as well.
