Cannot click drag and select everything inside

Hi everyone!

I am in Blender 5.0.1 and i Cannot click drag and select everything inside, i check the layers, they are ALL selectable, also i cannot upload a video here to show you!! How can i show ??? I put a screenshot so you can see my scene layers

The keymap shortcut is set properly

You may have a closer look at the hierachy… the empties may be simple very small and so very difficult to select ?

(Also: any data and so also a videos to upload here has to be less than 5MB)

It’s because you have accidentally changed selection mode to subtract existing selection in top left corner:

Just click the one most to the left, it’s the default mode ‘set a new selection’:

Good catch

Since i “forever” use MouseClick/NouseDrag for adding and Shift & MouseClick/NouseDrag to substracting any selection also in other apps, i didn’t even looked at this…
