I have a blue dashed line in my scene (this looks like a relationship line) However it is visible even with no objects selected. Even after removing all objects in the scene, and after disabling all UI elements in the 3D viewport. Does anyone know what this is and how I can remove it? Thanks a lot!

That means you have a constraint somewhere…
dashed blue lines mean that…
You can avoid this display if you setup off relationship line here

I was looking at the Outliner and it shows had in the Blend…if there is nothing how can there be a relationship line?

I know sun position generates a north line that’s kinda like this.
I have the same thing, it is the line that shows north in the sun position, but it will not go away now 
must be a bug ( I am running blender 3.6
