Since i think you don’t wanna show us the message about the snipping tool… there is a message about a addon texteffectsv0-99l which seems to be from Blendermarket https://blendermarket.com/products/ik-text-effects/ … ( so you bought it and can’t find any contact information… like IK3D http://ik3d.fr/about/ )
What we don’t see in your screenshot: did you typed something in the search mask and the addon just isn’t displayed ?
Based on the url in the log message being for what is clearly a piracy site, that’s unlikely.

I can’t personally file a copyright complaint with the hosting provider (Cloudflare) as none of my work is being pirated, but if you can find someone here who is having their add-ons stolen, I will happily file a complaint in their behalf
