Can't create a topic in Released Add-ons and Extensions (read-only)

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to open a release thread for my Blender add-on in Resources > Released Add-ons and Extensions, but the category shows as “read-only” for my account and the Create Topic button stays disabled.

The add-on is NKZ Retopia, a commercial retopology add-on for Blender 4.5–5.2 that I develop (available on Superhive). I’d like to use the thread as its official page on Blender Artists for release notes, support and feature requests, and I’ll tag it “commercial” as required. I’ve read the FAQ and I’m aware of the one self-promotion post per week rule.

Could you let me know what’s needed to post in that category (trust level or anything else), or enable it for my account if that’s possible?

perhaps the discourse trust levels page might be of some help [if my recall serves properly, one needs to be at least at level 1 for the purpose you wish to use your presence].
