I cannot find these existing poses in the NEW pose library option, as shown in the OLD one. Where can I find these?

It’s not automatic. You have to convert the poses to the new pose library. The instructions for that are at the bottom of this page at “Old Pose Library”
So, I’ll have to recreate those pose assets from there?
And the old ones r gone?

If you’re using 3.0 then follow the directions in the link.
But if you’re using an even newer version, you won’t see the old library at all. In which case, the PoseLib action should still exist. You can create a new pose library based of the keyframes there.
