I can’t find the scripts folder anywhere. I’m attempting to install both luxblend2.5 and lux render. I’m using windows vista 64 and blender 2.5.6
<blender-install-dir>/2.56/scripts/
the only folder listed in the 2.56 folder is python. If I go into that the only there is lib. Lib opens up a lot of folders and files but no scripts.
In Win7 and may be the same for Vista C:/Users/{user name}/AppData/Roaming/Blender Foundation/Blender/2.56/Scripts
There is no app data or roaming files in my User section. However there is a blender foundation folder. It has the same exact layout as the other blender folder I mentioned. And no scripts section.
You may have to display hidden folders in Windows Explorer. The AppData folder is a hidden folder.
How do you do that?
That worked. So I put the folder into the scripts there. But can’t find where to download Pylux. The link on http://www.lux-render.net/wiki/LuxBlend_2.5_installation_instructions#2.Get_Pylux.28optional_for_0.7x_users.29 takes you a giant forum section and not sure where to look there for Pylux. Not sure how that is different than luxblend25
