As a user with less than 10 posts, your posts are under slightly higher scrutiny (and reduced permissions). Its likely that your post was caught in the moderation queue. However, it looks like the post has gone through, so you should be good to go now. You’re still going to get moderated more heavily until you have a post count greater than 10, but after that, you should have smooth sailing.
