I’ve got an image sequence being uses as the factor for changing a material from one texture to another. In the rendered 3D view I can see the texture change as I scroll the timeline. But when I render, the mix is not being used! I’ve included screenshots. Let me know if you need more info or the blend file.
You have an object in the outliner named network which is hidden in viewport (eyeball greyed out) but is set to render (camera), it could be blocking your object? Could be a lot of things, post a blend.
