Hi, there is only 1 camera in my scene yet when i hit NP 0 i can’t switch to camera view, also can’t set the camera to view with shortcuts (ctrl-option-0)
Also objects look yellow even if they are not the active selection why is that?
I am also using mac so could it be about that?

As far as setting the Camera, even if it isn’t selected zero on the NP should go to Camera view, so something is wrong with your shortcuts…
Try closing and re-opening Blender… Select File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings
and see if you get back the shortcuts…
The reason the camera shows the yellow box is you had the camera selected and then L-clicked in an open space, the camera is still the active object but just not selected…
