Capturing a Compositing setup

Let’s just say I wanted to send someone a frame of a huge compositing setup… how can I do that? I know you can use screen capture, but if I wanted to see all of the tiny node values in a large compositing setup, the screen quality wouldn’t be enough. Any ideas?
