umm…thats freaggin incredible!!!..even tho u didnt do it…wat program did he use…do u know?..and also u got a big challenge ahead of you…
Doors are normally fairly easy. Separate the doors out into their own objects, make the chassis the parent object, place the centre of the door object where the hinge should be, then constrain rotation so that it can only rotate in the correct axis. There are some exceptions (such as the Enzo) where you either need to do spiffy things with the local axis rotation, and you sometimes want more complex hinges (with scissor motion and the like) which will require armatures – how to do this is hard to explain without more information about the required movement.
If it’s the control method you want, the thing to look up is IPO drivers.
Any which way, help will be easier if you post some pictures and be more specific about where you want to do what.

Looks like it should all be possible in Blender, I just don’t know if anyone has tried to that level of detail. Obviously Peach, Orange and Apricot didn’t have cars, but that certainly doesn’t mean it hasn’t been done. Kinda tempted now to try some of it on my own car model as I’ve been doing a fair bit of rigging recently.
Most of it could be done with an armature and curves/paths. Doesn’t mean it could all be done as fluidly as in the video (3dsmax - pretty sure) but could be done. Please don’t ask me exactly ‘how’ on each part - googling a bit on Blender’s IPO drivers (as already suggested), armatures and curves/paths. Using retopo with a path on a (road) surface would be a good way to get it to follow the right height as the car follows the terrain. Not foolproof though, so you may need to tweak the path.
that is a REALLY nice car…on the door part…im not sure how to do i would just put a rotation point or wtv u call it were u want it to turn…then u put constaint whihc i i dont understand either…and i take it u dont know wat prgram hes using…
it would be best if we can get moving parts on the car in a game
