Yes, in fact I was surprised myself, realizing how simple can be the modeling compared to the final result. First I was thinking about adding more features to the scene, but finally this might be better to keep it this simple.
Maybe should I work a little on the house shape which is very sharp and undetailed

I used some Ico Spheres, with a strong (50.0) Emission Shader (I’m using Cycles)
Then, at compositing, the render layer is passed throw the “Glare” node with the “Fog Glow” mode, to have this fogy result arround the particles
