Carver tool addon

When I open the Carver tool, I get this Create menu,

how do I get past it to ‘Difference’ ? The help (H) key is useless, the manual is useless.

Use the hotkey CTRL + SHIFT + X. This UI overlay should show up in the 3D Viewport then.
