Cave Town

I made this NPR illustration for the current CG Boost challenge. It was my first attempt at a “flat design” style inside Blender (I’d usually use Affinity Designer or another 2D program), And I found it very enjoyable. It was easy to create parallax, and it also was very intuitive making layers that cover long distances, such as the light beams.

(You can see some 2D illustrations in this style on my Dribble: dribbble.com/aebit)
