Hey guys! I am sculpting this character inspired in the concept by Léa Geas ArtStation - Celestial by Léa Geas . Does anyone know how to achieve this green colored specularity in her dress material? If someone can help me with that I would be very glad!

Yeah, I’d use my shader for this- an additional feature that you might appreciate is that the shader has a mask output for that green part in @Charles_Weaver ’s example- meaning you could mix this shader with a metallic shader only on the green part, if you wanted to add a metallic sheen. You can also very easily add some of that sharp distortion with the Hair component of my shader
