This was my attempt to create a SciFi design looking character. It was hard at first then it became very hard later 
Her name is Ceruleus. She belongs to the galaxy Celestia.

About topology - The character is medium dense poly, the armors are on the higher side. The topology is quads as the armor is using subD.
As for animation, I think it could be animated but the character mesh and armor are separate meshes bind by modifier. So that could cause problems on the way.
