I’m quite new to blender. What do you think about this?

You certainly did what you set out to do.
But rather than debate on the relative fashion merits of heavy chains, I would suggest working on lighting and composition. The scene seems a little gray and drab, and the picture feels a little off balance. I think the base of the mannequin keeps pulling my eyes to the left, even though the rest of the image is centered.
I think you could change that by giving a little more whitespace on the sides of the image. You could also try some different camera angles and see if anything works better. That’s really all I have to offer. Hope it helps.
