Sorry, I forgot to mention I used Paintshop Pro to add the outline and to pump up the contrast a little.
This is the render without a bunch of stuff done to it. I used volumetric fog to get the feel I wanted with red and yellow area lamps illuminating the fog. But it does feel a little flat so that is when I added the outline.
I very much suck at using grease pencil. lol
