5x8 aspect ratio, Golden Triangles composition, Cycles render in 2.81 Alpha, 32 samples & AI denoising. Book pages and note textures made in GIMP, text and pictures on the textures from the Wikipedia article, everything else done in Blender after the challenge announcement. Thing I did for this that I’ve never done before: used a Bezier curve to make a mesh (thanks to RigiT for their youtube tutorial “How to create a Book in Blender 2.8”).
Now with the absolute final version of the image, I promise. (Sorry for changing it out so much, it had a few issues that were probably unnoticeable to most people, but were bugging me.)
Some great entries already! Managed to make something myself as well. Not finished yet. Hope to make some changes to the characters later today. Hope u like it!
