Looks to me like a pink wall texture and if using denoise then that could cause a blotchy look as well but again I am just a pee-on blenderer so no real ideas other than double check what your possible textures look like with the node wrangler at each material output to see if you find anything that is a red hue that could either be causing light bounces. But again no clue.
They knew it, but couldn’t do anything about it. Free will? Is that what they wanted? All they knew, they were part of a mysterious machine, but no-one knew exactly what it was.
