Ouch! I hope you’re not an experienced “loser of eyes by arrows”. Seems painful indeed, if you even live to tell the story that is.

It is from a silly poem I know by heart:
I seem to recall they recently found Philipp the 2nd of Macedon (Alex the Reasonably Impressive’s father). Remains consistent with description of Philipp as having only 1 eye, but I cannae remember how he lost one.
