A small teaser video of the cosmetic products from Chanel N°5 Holiday 2021 Collection, made for a job:
Every 3D Model from this project is currently being used in games, so the job required every item to be a game-ready asset. Each product has less than 10.000 vertices and individual PBR maps baked for the textures.
Created with Blender 3.0.0 and rendered in Cycles X.
I rendered everything in 4k (it usually looks better in 4k with less samples than HD with more samples, with similar render times). Render times were something between 2-4 minutes per frame.
Also, I used the Open Image Denoise node in the Blender compositor. Because of the glass items you can still see some denoising artifacts, but I just didn’t have time to increase the samples.
