Change all "Add" shortcuts?

I want to change Add from shift+A to Insert. Everywhere.
Do I have to manually find all Add shortcuts in user preferences and change them one by one or can I do this a bit more efficient?

Put ‘add’ in the search box then go and change the call menu shortcut for the 3d view

Thanks. That’s one option, but it only gets a few of them.
They’re also listen as “Call Menu”.
Is that all of them or can there be any other listings than those two?
Blenders shortcut system is powerful but a bit clunky when you want to change something…
