Adding threads (especially on the leg hehe), propper materials and making little polishing changes were the best part for sure!

P.S. I want to animate the scene QvQ I can rig hands, but don’t know how to aprroach cable animation, they are a curves at the moment. If anyone have ideas, plese share with me! o(≧▽≦)o

Only thing I could say is maybe to work a bit more on the textures of the “bones” to really give them that mix of old ancient technology

Oooooh, good point! I think I convinced myself that clean look is cool for stylized, but in reality didn’t know how to make a shader for this look ahaha thanks for the feedback qvq
It does look cool as it is right now though, but if you want to stick to the reference I would sculpt them and maybe bake the normal info in Painter, the texture should not be too much of a problem. What did you use for texturing ?

right now almost everything has procedural materials, only face has polypaint from ZBrush
