I need a notebook that has a decent graphics card (like an nVidia 128 MB) but can’t afford to spend much money. I don’t need the “latest and greatest”, just something that will play a game I’ve developed (uses DirectX 9). Any suggestions???
My Thinkpad T41 is pretty good with graphics. Dunno the year it was made, but it’s certainly not top of the line right now; I’m thinking it would be relatively cheap. Has a Radeon…9700 or 9800 in it, works well for Blender. I also use it for running WoW, so I would think it would work for a home-grown game. Good Luck.
