Is there any way if I have selected several loops/borders when I hit checker select it apply to all of them and not only one like I show in the images below?
Just call the function a 2nd time.

it doenst work, if you call the function several times it only works on one object, it doenst do the same on a separate object

You need to select all the edge loops you want to work on, then use the “Checker Deselect” function.
Then repeat the last operation “Shift + R”.
For me it works on the same object and on different objects.
