This is Chilibra the Black Dragon Witch one member of the Army of Darkness that Enix summoned.

The appearance of the white witch Yebis created fright among the Witches but since no one knows the reason for her appearance,
Luna needs to call more witches for help but with the appearance of the Black Dragon Witch Chilibra that Enix summoned the darkness starts to rise more.
Now the witches that were locked in the abandoned land of Madula need more power to face this chaos that Enix created but something very dark is awaiting them a whole black army of darkness never seen before controlled by the dark goddess General Meshetra.
