I haven’t Blended anything in a while, so to cure my itchy fingers I decided to do a short modelling session. This was the result. I have one of these lying around the house, which I used for reference.
Rendered in Yafray, in probably sub-optimal quality settings.
Good Job on that, it looks great. Only crit is about the bamboo texture, it looks a little bit too woody. (I can guess why.)
Could you make the pattern be much thinner stripes, and add some VERY small noise?
Is it a Shakuhachi flute? I’m a woodwind player, so I like flutes. Can you play it?
