Just finished animating a dragon for a 10 second clip. Still need to add Tail, animate mouth and eyes (and flowing mane if time permits) and add textures and proper lighting but would be interested in some feedback regarding the general movement / animation.

Its arms look like they’re swimming . Whether intentional or not that’s the element that feels off.
It’s not bad in any sense though the arms would be okay with stationary positions.
To me, you do have the movement perfectly! Normally, a dragon would be moving in the air like it’s swimming.
